Privacy
Policy
Your privacy is of paramount concern
to us. After
all, the genetic results we obtain from your sample are based
on YOUR DNA. Unless ordered by a court, those results
should be available to nobody but the man, woman and child
involved in the test. You may rest assured that your
results will be provided to nobody else but you. In
fact, if you call the lab to obtain your results, you may
be frustrated by the difficulty that even you have in getting
those results released. That difficulty is for your
protection; you will be asked to prove that you are the person
who was tested and that we are therefore able to divulge
the results to you. We will never give those results
over the telephone. If you have to request copies of
your test report, you will be required to make the request
in writing and to provide the request over a notary’s
seal or verification. This is to protect you from release
to unauthorized parties.
Your confidence in us is of the utmost
importance. What
we provide, we provide for your protection and in a way that
we hope will make you comfortable with us and the relationship
we will have with you.
